1、为国际支付旗下支付、信用购、信用贷、资金等金融业务增长提供算法支持； 2、运用因果推断、时序学习、图学习、强化学习、弱监督、运筹优化等前沿算法技术，覆盖营销敏感建模、金融时序预测、金融关联学习、资金网络、系列营销、成本/渠道分配优化场景，以技术迭代实现业务增量，打造国际领先的智能增长算法技术和团队； 3、在营销、推荐、广告等商业化场景落地算法应用，丰富算法应用方向，提升职场竞争力，并探索大模型与营销、推荐、广告的结合实践，包含自训练Transformer、生成式推荐、生成式营销、营销智能体、跨语言金融意图、AI自动化策略/自动化建模方向； 4、鼓励算法创新，深耕多元前沿算法技术栈，紧跟业界前沿； 5、依托国际化业务氛围，接触国际业务数据，积累国际化AI落地经验，塑造国际化AI人才竞争力。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、机器学习和数据挖掘等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握数据结构、机器学习、深度学习、大模型等知识，熟练应用TensorFlow、PyTorch等框架；动手能力强、学习能力好、关注前沿技术迭代更新、拥抱AI； 3、应用算法：有营销、推荐、广告、搜索、大模型等相关算法应用经验优先，有金融业务应用可加分但非必须项；有业务成功落地经验者优先； 4、基础算法：熟练掌握深度学习、因果推断、时序学习、图学习、强化学习、弱监督学习、NLP、KG、LLM等一类或多类算法理论；有相关算法创新者优先，有国际会议论文或竞赛成果加分。
