1、参与国际化社区产品的内容策略搭建与执行工作，负责内容和评论画风评估、高热内容质量管理等工作，并推动内容质量管理规则的优化； 2、关注达人内容，支持站内活动策划和上线，提供数据分析与洞察，引导优质内容创作，提升站内内容供给和质量； 3、和产品、运营、内容质量管理等跨团队紧密协作，推进项目进展。

1、本科及以上学历在读，有运营背景者优先； 2、马来语/印尼语听说读写能力良好，能使用作为工作语言，熟悉马来/印尼当地社会文化； 3、追求美好的生活方式，是内容社区的活跃用户； 4、充满好奇心，具有良好的沟通、学习能力，有主人翁意识，适应团队合作并有较强的自驱意识。
