日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音电商直播间的看播侧产品设计，从导购、问询、互动等多场景提升抖音电商直播间的用户购买体验； 2、理解电商直播的业务逻辑与用户行为范式，了解商家与达人生态，能够结合商家达人的经营诉求、用户的购买场景优化直播用户流程，结合AI的能力提升直播间互动感； 3、主导相关产品设计，协同达人、抖音主端、商家、商品、算法等多团队推动方案落地，推动直播内容生态与交易规模的增长； 4、持续搭建数据体系，跟踪产品数据，对实验效果进行评估和分析，指导迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有产品经理工作经验，电商、直播行业经验优先； 3、具备用户敏感度、业务理解能力、较强学习能力、自驱力、好奇心与创新精神，勇于接受挑战； 4、具备严谨的逻辑能力，善于独立思考，能够分析事物本质并抽象规律，数据敏感； 5、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推动能力； 6、具备AI理解和应用经验加分。
