1、参与内部威胁、数据泄露、权限滥用和异常访问等风险场景的分析与检测； 2、使用Python、SQL对员工行为、设备、权限和资源访问日志进行数据清洗、探索分析和特征构建； 3、在导师指导下，参与分类、聚类、异常检测、时序建模等算法的开发与实验，协助处理标签稀缺、类别不平衡、高维稀疏数据和模型误报等问题； 4、参与模型与检测规则的效果评估，分析误报、漏报及模型失效原因； 5、探索图模型、大语言模型等技术在风险检测、告警研判和证据解释中的应用； 6、配合算法及工程团队，将实验方案转化为可复现、可维护的代码，并参与生产落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息安全或相关专业； 2、熟练使用Python，掌握常用数据处理与机器学习工具，如Pandas、NumPy、Scikit-learn、PyTorch等； 3、掌握SQL，能够独立完成数据提取、清洗和基础分析； 4、理解常见机器学习方法，对分类、聚类、异常检测或时序建模中的至少一个方向有实践经验； 5、具备基本的概率统计知识，能够合理设计实验并分析结果； 6、具备良好的问题拆解、代码实现和学习能力，能够主动推进任务，对安全、风控、反欺诈、反作弊、信任与安全或异常检测方向感兴趣。

加分项： 1、有机器学习、数据挖掘、异常检测、时序分析、图学习或大语言模型相关项目经验； 2、有安全、风控、反欺诈、反作弊或数据分析相关实习、科研或竞赛经历； 3、使用过真实业务数据，处理过样本不平衡、标签稀缺或高误报问题； 4、有开源项目、技术博客、论文或高质量竞赛成果； 5、具备良好的工程习惯，熟悉Git、Linux和基本的软件开发流程。
