1、负责抖音社区应急治理标准与规范的迭代及维护，为平台安全与生态建设提供坚实的治理依据； 2、负责制定并维护各类内容安全应急标准，覆盖短视频、直播、图文及评论等多元场景，结合业务演进与风险趋势持续优化标准体系； 3、深入开展社区应急风险研究，对突发热点、复杂现象与新型风险进行精准定性研判，沉淀可复用的应急处置标准与专项治理方案； 4、协同审核、算法、产品及运营等多维团队，推动应急标准的高效落地，追踪实际治理效果，闭环并持续调优治理策略。

1、本科及以上学历，社会学、传播学、法学、公共管理等相关专业背景优先； 2、具备互联网内容治理、风险控制、政策研究或社区运营相关经验，熟悉全球内容合规政策与平台治理逻辑； 3、具备信息敏感度与风险研判能力，能快速拆解热点事件、行业变化及复杂社区现象，并精准输出治理判断； 4、具备优秀的文字表达与结构化分析能力，能独立、高质量地完成标准规范制订、深度风险分析及专项方案等材料输出； 5、具备出色的跨团队沟通与协同能力，责任心强，能在高时效的突发应急场景下快速推动并解决问题。
