1、宏观支付市场研究：持续跟踪全球及重点区域支付市场发展趋势，包括市场规模、增长驱动、支付方式演进、商户需求、市场格局及产业链变化，形成系统性市场洞察； 2、微观公司对标分析：对标全球领先支付公司、数字钱包、收单机构、支付网关、金融科技平台及本地支付服务商，研究其业务模式、产品能力、市场布局、收入结构、盈利模式、客户结构及增长路径； 3、战略专题研究：围绕重点区域、重点行业、支付网络、本地支付方式、商户服务、钱包生态、产品商业化等方向开展专题研究，输出战略判断、机会识别和业务建议； 4、研究框架搭建、分析输出与数据分析建模：建立支付行业及公司研究框架，能够从市场、客户、产品、市场、财务、政策、技术等多维度拆解问题，形成高质量分析报告和管理层汇报材料；基于公开数据、行业数据及内部经营数据，进行市场规模测算、收入测算、成本分析、利润模型、敏感性分析、竞争力评估等，为战略决策提供量化支持； 5、经营与战略决策支持：结合交易规模、收入、成本、利润率、支付成功率、商户结构、区域表现等指标，参与业务诊断、战略复盘及重点方向评估，支持管理层决策。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、统计、数学、计算机、国际商务等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上战略研究、行业研究、商业分析、管理咨询、投资研究、支付、金融科技、互联网平台或国际业务相关经验； 3、具备较强的宏观市场研究能力，能够理解支付行业发展趋势、区域市场差异、政策和产业链格局；具备较强的公司对标分析能力，能够系统拆解不同支付公司或金融科技公司的商业模式、产品策略、增长路径和竞争优势； 4、具备成熟的研究框架和结构化分析能力，能够独立定义问题、搭建分析框架、形成逻辑清晰且可落地的结论； 5、具备一定的建模能力和数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，能够完成市场规模测算、收入预测、成本拆解、利润测算和敏感性分析； 6、具备较强的英文阅读和书面表达能力，能够阅读英文行业资料、公司公告、研究报告，并输出中英文分析材料；对国际支付、数字钱包、本地支付网络、收单机构、商户服务和金融科技行业有浓厚兴趣。
