ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、参与内部威胁、数据泄露、权限滥用和异常访问等风险场景的分析与检测； 2、使用Python、SQL对员工行为、设备、权限和资源访问日志进行数据清洗、探索分析和特征构建；在导师指导下，参与分类、聚类、异常检测、时序建模等算法的开发与实验； 3、协助处理标签稀缺、类别不平衡、高维稀疏数据和模型误报等问题；参与模型与检测规则的效果评估，分析误报、漏报及模型失效原因； 4、探索图模型、大语言模型等技术在风险检测、告警研判和证据解释中的应用；配合算法及工程团队，将实验方案转化为可复现、可维护的代码，并参与生产落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，信息安全、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、考虑问题富有前瞻性，逻辑思维强，具备分析复杂问题的能力，有黑灰产运营经验的优先； 3、对各类业务风险敏锐感知，有深入挖掘的精神，具备风险情报收集能力和数据分析能力，有大数据处理相关工作经验优先； 4、思路清晰，善于主动思考，有创新、能独立分析和解决问题，拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，出色的学习能力。
