1、参与业务相关产品设计工作，包括但不限于番茄小说、红果短剧、番茄畅听、番茄畅听音乐版等等； 2、协助团队完成产品需求分析，准确理解业务需求，结合用户诉求产出合理的设计方案，并推动上线； 3、关注产品上线后的数据变化和用户反馈，挖掘产品设计优化点，持续优化产品体验； 4、参与分析产品行业动态，关注设计流行趋势。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计相关专业优先； 2、熟悉iOS/Android等设计规则，对文化/娱乐类产品有一定的了解； 3、注重用户体验，具备优秀的UX设计和良好的审美能力，熟练使用Figma、AE、ProtoPie等设计软件； 4、具备良好的沟通和表达能力，有责任心和团队合作精神； 5、保持好奇心，性格开朗，有自己的兴趣爱好，学习能力强； 6、需要提交的材料： 1）本人最新作品（可以链接或PDF形式附加）。
