工作职责 1、负责评估和管理信贷业务的风险，并根据评估结果制定相应的风险管理策略，确保业务的安全性和稳定性； 2、监控和分析信贷业务的风险指标，并对异常情况进行预警和处理； 3、参与制定和实施信贷业务的风险管理政策和流程； 4、与业务部门和其他相关部门合作，共同控制和降低业务风险； 5、定期提交风险评估报告和建议，为业务决策提供支持。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，金融、经济学、统计学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的风险管理知识和技能，熟悉风险评估和风险控制的方法和流程； 3、具备良好的数据分析和统计能力，能够熟练使用风险管理工具和软件； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够与业务部门和其他相关部门密切合作； 5、良好的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语作为工作语言。
