1、负责抖音生活服务商家达人撮合业务的策略运营工作，结合业务发展阶段，参与产品能力建设、运营策略迭代及业务机制建设； 2、深入理解平台撮合产品能力与业务逻辑，持续收集、整理和分析商家、达人及三方的使用反馈，洞察生态角色在撮合链路中的核心需求与问题，支持业务策略制定和产品优化，持续放大平台撮合效率和效果； 3、围绕产品功能上线、重点项目推进及业务推广节点，策划并输出产品手册、宣发物料等，协同业务团队提升撮合产品在用户侧的认知、理解与使用规模； 4、策划并落地平台激励活动及业务牵引动作，对产品渗透数据保持敏感，能够独立完成活动复盘、日常业务分析及阶段性经营战报输出； 5、参与AI达人运营相关产品能力建设与运营策略落地，结合业务场景推动AI在达人触达、智能答疑、运营提效及撮合转化等方向的应用，并支持效果评估与策略优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对达人撮合生态、AI产品或本地生活业务有较强兴趣，对策略运营或产品运营方向有长期发展意愿； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、结构化分析能力和数据敏感度，能够将数据分析与业务场景相结合，独立完成问题分析和方案输出； 4、具备较强的沟通表达能力和跨团队协同能力，可以协同产品、销售、数据科学等多方团队落地复杂项目； 5、具备较强的主动性、责任心和执行力，能够在复杂业务场景和多线程任务中保持较好的推进效率； 6、有产品运营、生活服务、达人运营等相关实习经历或复杂项目协同经验优先。
