1、深度参与优化抖音的广告推荐系统建设，负责召回、粗排等模型的迭代，用极致的技术支撑抖音的高效变现； 2、主导前沿大模型技术在广告场景的破局与落地，探索包括生成式召回、多模态内容表征、OneModel等技术，定义下一代广告系统的算法形态； 3、应对超大规模Scaling Up带来的工程与算法挑战，面向吞吐量和极致的MFU重构网络结构与算法逻辑，打造高可用、高扩展的分布式训练与推理链路； 4、深入理解业务场景，不设边界地进行技术探索，通过算法创新与软硬件协同设计，持续拓展大规模在线深度学习的能力边界。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、具备优秀的C++/Python编码基础，扎实的机器学习和数据结构功底； 3、2年以上搜索、广告、推荐业务经验，对至少一个模块及其上下游交互有深入理解； 4、善于阅读文献和快速学习，对前沿技术富有热情，具有良好的问题分析和沟通协作能力。

加分项： 1、优秀的工程算法结合能力，熟悉底层调优，或在ACM-ICPC/Topcoder等比赛中取得优异成绩； 2、深入研究某一领域，参与了业界代表工作，或有相关论文发表在计算机顶会。
