1、参与社招、校招或者高端招聘的招聘全流程运营，从人才分析、渠道建设到人才筛选、面试组织，在实践中建设招聘专业能力； 2、深度挖掘业务部门的人才需求，将抽象需求转化为可落地的招聘标准，为不同团队精准匹配候选人； 3、搭建候选人沟通体系，通过高效互动建立人才库，为企业储备和长期运营市场头部人才； 4、参与市场领先的招聘管理和运营项目，用系统化的数据思维和先进的工具，输出改善方案； 5、参与团队管理机制的设计，为快速成长为管理者打好基础。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有人力资源、市场运营、产品运营、战略咨询等相关实习经验者优先； 3、具备结构化思维，能快速拆解复杂问题，能从大量信息中提炼核心逻辑； 4、拥有敏锐的洞察力，能准确理解他人需求，在沟通中快速建立信任； 5、具备结果导向的执行力，面对目标能主动寻找解决方案，敢于突破和变化； 6、拥有强烈的好奇心与学习欲，对个人的成长发展有极高的期待；文字与口头表达能力突出，能清晰传递信息并影响他人决策。
