1、本科及以上学历，具备良好的用户体验意识和设计审美，有数据产品、AI产品设计经验者优先； 2、有成熟综合的UX设计能力、前沿探索能力，能快速理解产品和业务，不拘泥于传统的规范和框架，能输出自己的想法，保持创新精神； 3、对未来设计趋势有洞察，对前沿设计保持探索精神，自我驱动力强，能用设计专业推导准确表达想法； 4、具备良好的业务理解力，逻辑思维及结构化能力、学习能力、沟通与协作能力，心态开放； 5、坚持设计质量高标准，追求交互严谨性、设计高还原度，对线上真实体验负责； 6、有强烈的目标感，自驱力强，能把控项目进程，高效执行，能拿结果；熟悉多端设计规范、精通Figma等设计工具，具备一定AIGC能力或AI产品/工具的使用，熟悉设计体系与工作流程。
