1、负责字节跳动服务器项目研发及交付管理工作，对产品端到端投入； 2、在产品概念、立项、开发验证、量产维优完整生命周期进行专业项目管理把控，组织相关团队及内外部资源，达成项目开发交付周期和质量目标； 3、负责服务器已量产产品不同机型、不同配置，在多家ODM厂商引入管理工作，达成交付周期和质量要求； 4、对外管理和协作ODM厂商资源机服务器行业资源，使能专业项目管理能力，达成项目规范研发和高质量执行； 5、通过研发项目管理相关流程和平台的搭建与优化，持续提升服务器研发交付效率和质量，提升团队整体项目管理能力。

1、本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机及相关专业；有扎实的服务器产品知识基础； 2、5年以上服务器硬件领域的相关工作经验，主导及独立成功完成整机级量产产品研发交付经历； 3、熟悉服务器产品行业生态、整体运营维护、交付等工作；对产品器件供应、设计研发、生产制造流程熟悉； 4、优秀的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和抗压能力；主动管理、解决问题和推动问题解决；善于思考，有团队合作精神、责任心强。
