日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与电商履约表达相关产品建设，覆盖电商购买全流程，并协助优化预计发货、预计送达、物流进度等信息的展示与交互体验； 2、从用户视角梳理购前到购后的履约体验链路，通过用户反馈、VOC、市场调研及业务数据，识别用户体验问题，并协助输出产品优化方案； 3、参与业务数据分析与效果评估，协助拆解业务指标，分析产品策略与指标变化之间的关系； 4、协助完成需求文档、产品流程图、交互说明、埋点及实验方案设计，跟进需求评审、开发测试、灰度上线和效果复盘； 5、与产品、算法、研发、设计、运营及客服等团队协作，推进履约表达相关需求落地，持续沉淀业务认知和产品方法。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、能连续实习3个月及以上、每周到岗4天及以上者优先，对电商产品、用户体验或物流履约方向感兴趣，具备基础的产品意识，能够从用户和业务视角理解并分析问题； 3、逻辑清晰，具备良好的需求分析、信息整理和书面表达能力，能够使用流程图、原型或文档清楚表达产品方案； 4、具备基础的数据分析意识，熟悉Excel，会使用SQL或有数据分析、用户研究、产品实习经验者优先； 5、认真负责，主动性和学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够跟进并推动具体事项落地； 6、有电商、物流、用户体验、策略产品或算法产品相关项目或实习经历者优先。
