1、负责生活服务酒店行业的中台产品运营，从不同分层客户的经营痛点出发，挖掘业绩增长机会点，为酒店产品/专项的经营结果负责； 2、聚焦酒店行业开展深度分析，通过梳理商业模式、供需关系等手段洞察行业机会，并基于抖音的用户场景，产出对业务有价值的关键经营策略，明确可落地的产品方向； 3、基于经营策略设计行业解决方案，推动包括但不限于商家商品、交易履约、营销等产品模块的行业产品能力建设优化，完成产品/专项并沉淀运营方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上酒店行业工作经验，熟悉商家供给、商家营销等产品模块的运营工作； 2、良好的行业敏感度和抽象能力，对创新有热情，能输出业务策略并主导推动过产品功能的上线或迭代； 3、具备结构化思维能力，逻辑清晰，具有较强的数据分析能力，可通过数据分析挖掘价值场景和客户需求； 4、具备多团队复杂协作经验，抗压能力强，可独立落地跨团队复杂项目，能自驱拿到结果。
