日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、营销经营分析：搭建并落地营销经营指标体系，覆盖收入/GMV、获客成本、转化率、客单价、复购率、LTV、ROI、边际贡献等核心指标，定期输出经营分析报告； 2、策略制定与优化：基于用户、渠道、商品/产品、区域、活动等维度分析，制定人群分层、渠道组合、活动节奏、定价促销、生命周期营销等策略； 3、预算与资源分配：开展营销预算测算、分配、监控和复盘工作，搭建预算使用与效果评估机制，提升整体投放效率和资源利用率； 4、增长实验与归因：设计A/B测试、漏斗分析、归因分析和Cohort分析，验证营销策略有效性，形成可复制的增长方法； 5、数据看板与机制建设：协同数据/BI团队搭建营销/达人数据看板、自动化报表和预警机制，提升策略迭代效率； 6、经营复盘：建立周/月/季度营销复盘机制，定位问题、提出方案并跟踪改善结果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、经济学、商业分析、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、过往实习有过营销策略、增长策略、经营分析、商业分析或数据驱动营销相关经验，有电商、零售、消费品等行业经验优先； 3、数据能力强：熟练使用SQL独立取数和分析，熟练使用Excel/PPT，掌握Tableau、Power BI等BI工具之一； 4、熟悉漏斗分析、Cohort分析、A/B测试、归因分析、LTV/ROI测算等分析方法； 5、具备较强的经营分析敏感度，可基于数据洞察输出分析结论并完成归因； 6、逻辑清晰，沟通推动能力强，能跨团队推动策略落地并对结果负责，Python/R、统计建模、自动化报表能力为加分项。
