1、参与安全智能体后端系统的设计与开发工作，协助搭建稳定、高效的后端架构，确保系统在处理复杂安全业务场景时的性能与可靠性； 2、基于大模型技术，进行安全智能体相关功能模块的编码实现，包括但不限于数据处理、模型调用与交互逻辑等，推动智能体功能的不断优化与完善； 3、与团队成员密切协作，参与代码审查、问题排查与修复，确保代码质量和项目进度，积极参与团队技术讨论，分享自己的见解和想法，共同提升团队技术水平； 4、持续关注大模型、智能体开发以及安全领域的前沿技术动态，收集相关技术信息，为团队引入新技术、新方法提供参考，助力团队保持技术先进性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、对智能体（Agent）开发有浓厚兴趣，了解智能体的基本概念、架构和开发流程，具备一定的智能体开发实践基础者更佳； 3、掌握至少一种后端开发语言，如Python、Java、Go等，熟悉后端开发常用技术栈，包括但不限于Web框架、数据库操作、接口开发等； 4、熟悉检索增强生成（RAG）技术原理，了解相关工具和框架（如Elasticsearch等）的使用，有RAG技术应用开发经验者优先； 5、具备良好的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速学习新知识、新技术，并应用到实际工作中，有较强的责任心和团队协作精神，善于沟通交流，能够积极融入团队，共同完成项目任务。
