日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助维护ISV伙伴的沟通对接，跟进伙伴合作和业务推进；跟踪伙伴需求和问题，协调内部资源推动解决； 2、支持伙伴赋能工作，包括培训材料整理、线上、线下培训组织、答疑支持等； 3、协助整理伙伴解决方案和成功案例，产出生态宣传材料； 4、支持生态活动（如伙伴沙龙、开发者活动等）的策划与执行； 5、完成上级安排的其他伙伴支持相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、对开放平台、生态、AI发展有兴趣，有相关了解或经验优先； 3、具备良好的思考，表达和沟通能力，能够独立产出基础文档材料； 4、工作积极主动，学习能力强，具备良好的团队协作精神； 5、熟练使用飞书，及主流AI工具者优先； 6、每周可实习4天以上，持续6个月以上。
