1、负责巨量星图任务服务商的日常管理，基于巨量引擎商业化形态及服务商业务规划识别、筛选、培养服务商，包括但不限于服务商引入、考核、清退、风控、执单能力陪跑等，保障服务商日常运营对业绩达成和增长负责； 2、协同跨部门团队，推动且持续优化任务服务商管理、促活机制，利用数据工具分析服务商服务指标，明确服务商能力现状，制定提升方向并定期复盘，沉淀输出成功案例； 3、基于内外部业务及产品动态，分析服务商经营现状帮助服务商识别判断业务增长机会，从目标达成、客户构成、达人资源储备等综合角度出发，基于负责服务商经营现状，引导任务服务商经营者提供业务发展建议、盈利思路，最终帮助服务商提升综合服务能力，推动服务商适配巨量星图任务产品需求，促进达人变现及巨量星图任务产品增收； 4、和巨量星图任务服务商达成紧密合作伙伴关系，引导任务服务商对平台关键产品、关键项目有投入有贡献，为服务商生态、巨量星图生态持续沉淀优质方法论，推动业务创新。

1、3年及以上KA销售经验或达人营销经验，关注互联网营销趋势，有招募任务、星广联投及巨量引擎效果广告优化师经验者优先； 2、具有优秀的人际交往和商务谈判能力、提案技巧及扎实的销售专业知识； 3、具备强自驱力与推动力，善于自主学习内外部产品信息并在实际业务场景中应用落地； 4、为人正直、品性端正，符合公司价值观体系。
