日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、结合项目目标和平台能力，协助团队制定并落地各类提升用户留存与活跃的解决方案； 2、洞察客户需求及其内部推广的挑战，协助团队沉淀最佳实践、行业案例等； 3、策划用户社群活跃方案，实现产品/社群运营机制的优化迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，经济学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、自驱力强，有较好的学习能力、执行力和独立思考能力； 3、熟练使用各种AI工具优先； 4、英文可作为工作语言，要求口语流利。
