1、负责国际支付名单扫描（包括制裁和其他类型名单）系统构建，丰富产品功能，提升系统性能，在保障合规要求的前提下优化用户体验并降低运营成本； 2、设计并搭建各项反洗钱和防金融犯罪产品功能，满足不同地区监管机构要求，适配不同业务场景和不同市场中用户的使用习惯，能够追踪核心指标波动，定位分析指标异常； 3、组织和推动跨职能沟通协作，与包括合规官、业务负责人、技术、运营、法务、审计以及外部供应商在内的多种角色建立高效合作机制，促进交流与共识，实现复杂项目的高质量落地； 4、进行合规产品行业调研，并借助字节跳动的中台和技术能力，参与规划国际支付在全球合规方向的产品能力迭代。

1、本科或以上学历； 2、具备至少5年的产品设计经验，其中在反洗钱、反欺诈、风控等相关领域的从业经历不少于3年，对相应控制措施有较深的理解； 3、具备良好的跨部门沟通技巧，能够与业务负责人、技术、运营、审计、法务等职能团队进行深入高效的交流协作； 4、具备创业精神，积极乐观，对工作热情而有责任心。

加分项（优先条件） 1、能够流利使用英语进行书面和口头工作交流者优先； 2、有名单扫描引擎设计开发经验者优先。
