1、负责抖音UGC社区的推荐策略设计与迭代，通过数据定量分析和定性观察，发现内容生产-分发-消费的关键问题，落地策略达成目标； 2、和推荐算法、研发、分析师合作，深入推荐系统底层参与召回策略、兴趣建模、排序多目标融合等环节优化，驱动消费、留存等大盘核心指标提升； 3、深度理解并定义平台的“内容画风”与“价值导向”，持续挖掘用户兴趣信号、优化种草内容消费体验，驱动业务可持续增长。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网策略产品或策略运营工作经验，具有内容平台的推荐分发策略实操经验者优先； 2、深刻理解推荐系统底层逻辑与基本原理；熟悉召回、粗排、精排、多目标融合等机制，能够与算法团队高效对话与协作，共同推进模型评估与迭代； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度与内容感受；有扎实的数据归因与分析能力（熟练使用SQL，精通A/B实验分析），同时作为内容产品的深度消费者，对内容质量和画风有敏锐的鉴赏与判断力； 4、出色的沟通协作与项目管理能力；目标导向，逻辑严密，能够高效推进复杂策略项目的落地。
