1、调研收集对应渠道相关广告素材创意信息并整理成调研报告、辅助部门广告内容创作； 2、把控广告物料从创意-制作-上线的全流程工作、跟进广告数据呈现、基于广告数据提出广告优化建议，推动广告效果不断优化； 3、以策略运营的身份协助获客增长工作，以达成业务增长指标为目的； 4、有联动组织各方资源的能力，不断优化投放素材匹配业务方向； 5、通过数据分析发现用户增长的主要问题和长期机会点，并制定有效的应对方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、需具备文案撰写、数据分析能力，有较高的用户洞察能力，对内容敏感，善于将产品卖点与用户需求关联并产出广告创意素材； 3、具备国内广告渠道投放经验优先；有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思考能力，熟练使用数据分析工具优先； 4、熟练使用Excel，熟悉自动化工具（如多维表格/RPA/Python）的使用； 5、具备数据驱动决策和数据分析意识；学习能力强，逻辑清晰，能快速掌握新平台、新工具，对互联网运营有强烈兴趣； 6、可以实习6个月及以上，每周到岗5天优先。
