1、负责抖音搜索生服创作者内容生产的激励及引导，通过充分用户行为及数据分析，定位高效的内容生产方向，以流量及激励为核心手动，撬动创作者持续高质量的内容供给； 2、负责协同整合内部内容分发机制，与产研共同设计解决方案，保障优质创作者的内容分发形成正循环，不断挖掘更好的内容引导，帮助建立生服搜索的用户心智； 3、负责统筹项目整体进展，跑通全流程运营机制，验证并沉淀方法论，承担整体的数据复盘及用户流量分析工作。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上搜索内容运营/创作者运营/本地运营等工作经历，对与内容运营的资源引入、作者激励、流量分发等均有一定的了解者优先； 2、对搜索产品和内容推荐产品感兴趣，对内容创作的生产、分发、激励等全流程较为熟悉，擅长通过挖掘数据定位内容生产的方向及趋势，有效输出内容生产策略； 3、具有较强的学习能力，可靠的跨团队沟通协作与推动能力，优秀的主动沟通与表达能力； 4、拥有自驱及探索精神，敢为极致，确保有稳定的业务执行力。
