日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化搜索广告团队不断突破通用搜索引擎变现的界限，覆盖海外应用，致力于构建全球领先的搜索广告变现系统。在国际化搜索广告团队，您将有机会从事大规模分布式存储和架构、自然语言处理、排序和信息检索相关的问题。您还将深入参与我们的广告样式、创意展示和广告投放链路的创新和优化。我们正在寻找勇于挑战困难、热衷于解决复杂问题并与热情洋溢的候选人们共同发展我们的搜索广告产品。

1、协助国际化商业产品搜索广告方向的策略制定，不断提升媒体收入（包括但不限于流量策略、样式创新）； 2、持续迭代和优化客户端能力，制定客户端策略，不断提升流量变现效率； 3、对市场广告机制有一定的了解，能够基于媒体实际情况不断优化产品策略，提升商业效率； 4、关注行业动态，深入理解行业动态，进行策略调整和产品创新。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计、分析、经济学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、英语可以流利听说读写； 3、对市场广告或搜索广告等有一定理解，能协助完成策略产品的设计和落地，有产品或战略分析实习经验优先； 4、具备良好的全局观、整体规划、SQL能力、数据分析能力，逻辑性强； 5、心态开放，善于沟通与协调，有灵活解决问题的方法，有团队合作精神，执行力强； 6、实习6个月及以上且每周实习5天者优先。
