1、负责火山引擎云数据库系列产品的规划与管理，包括向量数据库、记忆库、关系型数据库、NoSQL、智能检索服务以及数据库管理工具（如数据传输、数据库工作台等），涵盖产品规划、设计、管理等工作； 2、负责数据库与AI技术结合方向的产品规划与设计，探索数据库在Agent、Context管理、向量搜索与智能应用等场景中的能力建设与产品化落地； 3、能够组织对市场动态、用户场景、技术趋势进行深入沟通和讨论，确保产品的适用性、先进性、前瞻性； 4、制定产品市场策略，支撑市场、销售、售前架构师，达成产品目标； 5、管理产品迭代过程，与研发团队保持紧密合作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、至少熟悉一款数据库，了解市场上主流数据库产品，如MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL、Redis、MongoDB、Aurora、Snowflake等； 3、了解主流AI技术方向，包括但不限于Agent、Context管理、向量搜索、RAG等相关技术； 4、擅长沟通，善于抽象简化复杂问题，善于系统性思考并使用创新性思维解决问题； 5、有3年以上云计算产品经理、售前架构师或数据库DBA相关经验者优先。

加分项： 1、有AI Agent相关应用或系统开发经验者优先； 2、有数据库开发、数据库维护或数据库平台开发经验者优先； 3、有技术背景、公有云或私有云的深度用户优先； 4、有To B的SaaS类产品经理经验者优先； 5、有游戏、电商、金融等行业背景优先； 6、全球数据库社区（开源&商业）组织者或贡献者优先。
