1、预算与资源策略管理：搭建并迭代预算测算模型，完成年度/季度预算的科学分拆；实时追踪预算消耗、监控ROI达成，动态优化预算分配方案，并对接财务/战略部门完成预算校验与效能复盘；建立流量资源数据台账，通过渠道归因、转化漏斗、增量分析等方法量化各流量场景投入产出，输出资源分配与运营排期的策略建议； 2、项目全周期经营分析：主导项目全生命周期的经营数据追踪与策略评审，建立立项前收益预测、执行中数据监控、结项后ROI复盘的闭环机制，为高优项目的资源倾斜与取舍提供数据支撑和决策依据； 3、资源效能诊断与专项策略：搭建短中长期资源效能评估体系，基于经营数据识别资源浪费、低效投入等结构性问题，提出渠道调整、预算重分配、项目优先级优化等可落地方案并推动复盘；针对流量成本攀升、预算利用率不足、项目产出不及预期等业务难点，主导专项经营分析，输出数据化解决方案与策略建议； 4、经营洞察与决策报告：定期输出经营分析月报/季报，沉淀核心经营指标体系，同步资源使用效能与经营目标达成情况，研判趋势、揭示风险并给出优化方向，为团队策略调整和资源配置决策提供依据。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上市场/业务侧资源管理、经营分析相关工作经验，有经营分析（经营分析）背景者优先，有生活服务行业经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析与建模能力，熟练掌握ROI模型、目标拆分、归因分析、漏斗分析等方法，能熟练使用SQL/Excel及至少一种BI或统计分析工具，独立完成多维度数据建模、资源监控与问题诊断，定位资源优化点； 3、具备较强的经营策略思维与商业敏感度，能从数据中提炼业务洞察、形成策略建议并影响决策，而不仅停留在数据统计层面； 4、具备良好的沟通协调与跨部门推动能力，能有效对接财务、战略及业务团队，自我驱动，主动推动方案从策划到落地复盘； 5、具备良好的学习能力与好奇心，愿意深入业务、快速成长。
