1、将文化创意转化为可落地的产品生产方案，在打样、量产阶段，严格比对设计稿与实物，从细节（如色彩还原、图案精度、造型比例）到整体质感进行验收； 2、对影响还原度的工艺难点，推动技术优化或供应商替换，确保产品高度还原； 3、跟进产品设计、打样、生产、出货等全流程，监督工厂工艺质量控制、材质使用及成本管理，建立产品生产质量标准并对原材料采购、加工制造、成品组装等流程进行质检； 4、市场反馈驱动优化：持续追踪新品市场表现，收集用户对品质、设计还原度的反馈； 5、通过定期复盘，提出产品品质提升与设计优化方案，实现产品迭代升级。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、热爱文创，有自驱力，责任心强； 3、有项目管理经验优先，有实物产品开发的经验优先； 4、善沟通，能执行；能够协调设计、采购、业务方等多方协作，推动产品按时、高质量交付。
