1、支持团队的数据分析与业务洞察； 2、支持负责业务的组织效率与团队运营； 3、负责信息流转与资源管理：结合业务与团队特性，沉淀项目管理经验及SOP，搭建知识库体系，推动经验复用；优化团队工作流程与协同方式，提升整体作业效率与交付质量； 4、目标管理与项目推进，参与团队及跨部门重点项目的目标制定、排期规划与进度监控，提供可视化项目管理支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的业务理解与结构化思维，能在多任务环境下有效推进工作； 3、具备扎实的项目管理能力，能独立承担跨角色、跨团队协作项目，有强执行力与结果导向意识； 4、逻辑严谨，善于发现并解决问题，具备较强的自我驱动力。
