1、负责国际支付场景下商户资金的端到端运营管理，涵盖商户清结算、商户提现、商户账单等全链路环节，确保商户资金流转准确及时； 2、负责计收费体系的运营管理，包括商户计费、金融计费等收入项及渠道计费等成本项，全面掌握各类计费规则与费率体系，保障计收费结果准确、合规、可追溯； 3、熟悉上述业务逻辑，能主动发现运营链路中的问题与风险，独立分析根因并输出可落地的解决方案，推动问题闭环； 4、具备产品化思维，能将重复性、高耗时的运营工作转化为产品需求，推动系统能力与工具建设；关注并善用AI技术提升运营效率与自动化水平； 5、主导项目从需求提出、方案产出、产品研发资源协调、开发上线及验收测试到交付运营的端到端管理，协同各团队确保项目按时高质量落地； 6、主动建立标准化运营流程，沉淀操作手册，持续推动流程优化与能力提升。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、统计、财务等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉资金、清结算、计费等业务流程，有相关实操经验； 3、三年及以上资金运营或业务系统建设经验，有跨境支付/金融科技相关行业经验者优先； 4、具备产品化思维和AI应用意识，有项目管理或系统从0到1搭建经验者优先； 5、诚实正直，严谨认真，具有优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和学习能力，重视团队合作； 6、良好的英文听说读写能力，能熟练使用英文沟通。
