1、负责中国大陆社保公积金申报与缴费、员工待遇申领业务运营，包括但不限于； 2、负责日常运营过程及结果管理，确保运营高效且交付质量达标； 3、负责供应商驻场团队搭建和人员管理； 4、持续发掘运营流程中的改进机会，涵盖规则、流程、系统流程、职责分工设计等方面，带领团队推进优化，实现持续改进； 5、推动AI与数字化在社保公积金运营场景中的应用落地，包括流程自动化、数据看板、智能问答等建设。

1、2-3年以上社保公积金运营交付相关经验，需熟悉社保公积金政策和运营实操场景，且具备持续学习能力，关注行业实践； 2、具备良好的沟通表达和协调能力、基本的项目管理能力、业务规划能力，以及具备较强的优化意识和用户导向思维； 3、对数据敏感，能通过数据驱动运营提升工作效果； 4、具备AI辅助工作的实践经验，或愿意探索AI的实际应用； 5、有过团队管理经验者优先。
