团队介绍：Data-抖音团队，负责抖音APP的推荐算法、AI大模型应用、内容算法、智能对话等算法工作，对接全链路各体裁（短视频，图文）各业务（内容消费，互动，UGC，双列，社交，生态，垂类，创作，消息，汽水音乐，精选，随变，增长投放，评论，内容理解&安全、智能对话等）。我们的工作涉及大规模推荐算法的优化、多业务复杂约束下的优化问题、多模态内容理解、LLM基础技术研究、业务Agent化和创新AI落地应用、CV/NLP等多个学术领域的算法改进工作、对多种场景的推荐架构的设计和实现和对产品数据的复杂深入的分析工作。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索工业界最领先的推荐系统架构和推荐大模型算法、可以通过使用最新的大模型技术支持抖音的AI分身、业务智能化、智能客服等创新探索；可以通过对产品的深度理解和思考，将算法应用到业务中去；也可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、机会发现：深入理解用户行为，结合定性与定量分析方法，给出优化建议，为业务发现增长点； 2、指标建设：围绕业务价值链路，设计核心指标体系，帮助团队明确目标、统一标准，指导模型与策略迭代； 3、驱动改进：基于实验分析、因果推断、统计建模等方法进行策略评估，推动策略优化，提升业务收益与决策效率； 4、Agentic推荐系统：探索大模型在推荐场景中的应用，包括内容理解、用户行为建模、策略优化与效果评测，推动Agentic Recommendation新范式的落地； 5、AI for DS：探索AI for Data Science的能力建设，基于大模型与Agent搭建异动归因、实验分析、自动化洞察能力，沉淀可复用的数据科学工具与分析体系，打造AI原生的数据科学团队。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学/统计学/数据科学/人工智能/经济学/商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数理统计基础，熟练掌握统计学、因果推断、机器学习、大模型等领域知识，有推荐算法经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握SQL，Python，熟悉大模型应用、Agent框架者优先； 4、具备严谨的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通协作能力和数据敏感度，对于探索和挑战充满热情。
