1、社区日常视觉运营：负责飞书社区首页、专题板块、Banner、封面、弹窗等全场景视觉设计，搭建并维护社区视觉规范，保障日常视觉输出统一、美观、适配用户使用场景； 2、活动视觉全案落地：独立负责社区各类线上活动视觉全案，包含主视觉定调、延展物料设计、页面视觉落地；完成VibeCoding活动氛围搭建，打造沉浸式活动视觉场景，适配活动传播与用户互动需求； 3、UI体验优化与资产沉淀：持续优化社区界面视觉、排版层级及用户浏览体验，迭代视觉设计问题；梳理搭建社区视觉组件库、规范库，沉淀可复用设计资产； 4、创意视觉内容产出：紧跟行业设计趋势，结合社区运营节奏，创新视觉表现形式；可独立产出插画、3D、动效、短视频包装等创意内容，丰富社区视觉形态； 5、跨协作与项目落地：对接产品、运营、研发团队，精准拆解需求、输出可落地设计方案；全程跟进设计落地、把控上线效果，复盘项目并沉淀设计经验与案例。

1、本科及以上学历，视觉传达、UI设计、数字媒体等设计相关专业优先，具备扎实的美术功底； 2、1年及以上视觉设计工作经验，具备互联网产品设计落地案例；审美在线，精通色彩、版式、视觉层级把控，注重细节与用户体验，适配工作模式； 3、熟练使用Figma、AI、PS等主流设计工具，可独立高效完成高质量视觉产出；掌握插画、3D、动效、视频包装至少一项专项能力，具备多元视觉创作能力； 4、持续关注前沿设计趋势，具备主动创新意识；乐于探索AI设计工具，能运用AI辅助创意落地与设计提效，有相关实战经验者优先； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力与项目推动力；执行力强，可同时统筹多任务，高效推进设计迭代与项目落地。

加分项 1、有ToB产品、社区类产品运营设计经验，熟悉飞书生态； 2、具备VibeCoding搭建经验、成熟UI/视觉落地案例者优先。
