1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上内容产品运营/策略经验，熟悉UGC生态对促成平台、商家、用户价值的正循环链路； 2、内容理解能力较好，有良好的逻辑思维，能独立拆解复杂问题并制定可落地方案； 3、数据分析能力强，熟悉常用的数据统计和分析方法，善于从数据发现、验证、提炼核心观点，发现机会并转化成相关策略； 4、对AI技术有基础认知，有NLP或机器学习项目经验者优先； 5、具备较好的沟通能力和一定的抗压能力，结果导向，可适应较快节奏的业务。
