日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、协助构建和完善品牌整合营销产品方案，参与梳理关键业务链路； 2、协助绘制产品流程图、用户路径图，参与产品材料产出和优化； 3、参与日常数据分析和归因、项目复盘和案例沉淀，输出关键总结； 4、与产品改进建议，梳理产品功能边界与推进产品优化； 5、定期调研国内外产品平台的营销产品策略，协助撰写对比分析与行业洞察材料； 6、协助产品团队与技术、运营、市场等部门进行跨团队沟通，跟进项目需求、进度与问题反馈，参与产品文档的整理、更新与归档，支持流程协作效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、广告、市场营销、传媒等相关专业优先； 2、能够熟练使用英语进行工作交流； 3、有产品经理实习经验或广告/创意/达人相关领域经验者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、快速学习能力与商业理解力； 5、具有高度责任心、良好团队协作能力与自我驱动精神，能适应一定强度的工作节奏； 6、能够实习5个月及以上，每周出勤3-5天优先。
