日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、品类营销：深度参与行业活动及IP专项的落地执行，协同支持活动方案规划，依据既定SOP保障活动按时、高质量上线，涵盖： 1）与合作方沟通； 2）活动数据追踪； 3）数据分析复盘； 4）商家案例产出等事项； 2、大促活动：围绕平台大促招商及大促各专项运营需求，协助团队推进业务运营与数据分析工作，包括： 1）数据收集整理与解读； 2）业务指标下钻分析； 3）业务效果复盘分析； 4）可复制方法论沉淀等； 3、专项支持：协同推进跨团队重点项目及专项工作的落地执行，保障项目节奏与交付质量，包括： 1）项目进度跟踪与节点管理； 2）跨部门资源协调； 3）风险预警与问题闭环； 4）会议组织与纪要沉淀； 5）项目复盘与经验萃取等事项。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习5天，连续实习4个月及以上； 3、有电商平台、品类营销、行业运营、经营策略等相关实习及项目经历者优先； 4、具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，能够使用Excel等工具整理数据、分析问题，掌握SQL或有实验分析经验者优先； 5、拥有较强的自驱力和主动性，善于沟通和团队协作，学习能力强，有责任心、严谨细致，具备应对复杂任务的能力。
