1、负责声学方案全流程设计，包括产品分析、声学器件选型、音腔设计及音频效果优化，明确核心声学规格； 2、主导声学手工样品设计、验证与参数调试，完成性能测试及报告输出，形成样品迭代闭环； 3、负责上下行通话性能算法落地与优化，调试通话音质参数，保障产品通话效果的市场竞争力； 4、推进产品量产设计，基于中量验证结果开展不良原因分析与设计优化，制定声学测试规范，指导供应商完成开发及试量产阶段测试与整改； 5、搭建主观音质评价系统，负责音质专项评测与标准落地。

1、本科及以上学历，声学、物理相关专业优先； 2、熟悉电力声类比或有限元声学仿真原理，熟练使用至少一种声学仿真软件、声学相关工具及常用测试仪器； 3、5年以上穿戴类音频产品开发经验，精通产品设计、喇叭/麦克风测试及生产工艺，深入研究音质调音技术，优先持有金耳朵认证、具备扬声器/麦克风器件从业经验； 4、熟悉通话算法原理及参数调试，能熟练使用至少一种平台音频调试工具，具备第三方供方管理及通话音质优化问题解决能力； 5、具备开放式耳机防漏音设计或自适应主动降噪耳机调试经验者优先，可独立搭建音质主观评价系统，精通音乐外放及通话上下行音质主观评测； 6、熟悉穿戴类音频产品相关国家检测标准及方法，具备良好的技术合规把控与落地能力。
