1、聚焦品牌广告产品商业化业务，结合中国国际化市场现状及经营目标，梳理并优化顶层策略，制定明确的定量/定性目标和拆解路径，通过数据挖掘业务痛点与增长机会，为决策提供策略支撑； 2、对国际化客户品牌营销需求开展深度分析，针对运营机制、资源供给、产品组合、流程规范及资源效率提出优化方案，并跟进专项落地，对业务指标达成负责； 3、搭建全链路业务指标监控体系，负责看板搭建与优化，推进管理线上化、数据化、产品化，提升业务运营效率。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上策略/数据分析工作经验，有商业分析、战略规划、数据分析相关经验者优先； 2、具备较强的数据驱动思维，擅长业务深度分析、数据洞察及策略输出，熟练掌握看板搭建，能独立输出高质量策略方案、业务复盘和业务汇报，通过数据分析推动业务决策落地； 3、具备出色的中英语口头和书面沟通能力，口语可满足日常工作需求者优先； 4、具备良好的职场专业态度和高效的工作习惯，能灵活应对变化和挑战，可跨时区与国际团队合作，对国际化业务有热情，具备自驱力。
