1、商品数据产品化表达：承担电商商品流量数据的产品化表达，覆盖商品招商、选品、供给、流量转化效率等核心环节；以数据产品方式释放商品数据价值，支撑商家、行业、策略多场景应用； 2、业务建模与标准化设计：深入理解业务逻辑，构建商品在供给侧与流量侧的应用模型；结合商品策略产品运营工作流程进行标准化设计，设计标准化、可扩展的数字化解决方案；以“供给—流量”双流程为主线，推动策略与执行全链路提效； 3、算法融合与智能化：与算法团队共建成长预测、供需匹配、内容相关度、价格弹性等洞察模型；推动算法可解释化、可产品化落地，形成可复用的智能洞察能力；建立算法验证框架，衡量其在GMV、转化率、ROI等业务指标上的贡献； 4、跨部门协同与推广应用：挖掘业务痛点并持续收集需求，设计产品解决具体业务问题，能够推进内部交流，协同各个团队共同完成目标，确保产品从设计到上线以及后期迭代的全生命周期管理；面向目标用户做产品推广，明确的产品发展路径和节奏，承担部分产品运营工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、信息工程、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、需要具备数据中台、算法产品或智能分析产品建设经验；商品/流量复杂专项的建设经验，具备较强的抽象和建模能力，提供数据平台化的解决方案； 3、优秀的逻辑思维能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力和自我驱动能力，能够在复杂环境下灵活调整策略，推进项目顺利进行； 4、为结果负责，有较好的项目管理能力和执行力，协同跨团队资源推动需求的快速落地。
