ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：客服平台团队，负责字节跳动客服业务平台的设计研发工作，打造支撑抖音集团的客服中台，建设提供极致体验的多场景客服系统。让用户从抖音集团产品一站式解决问题，提升用户满意度，助力核心产品线保护用户留存。核心工作主要包括：1、引入AI技术，为海量级别端内用户打造智能客服产品，帮助用户更快解决问题，提升用户体验；2、为公司大量客服提供统一客服工作台、工具等能力，提升服务效率、降低服务成本；3、基于海量用户反馈，挖掘高价值建议，识别高风险问题，驱动业务改进，保障平台安全。

1、基于从前端交互到后端架构的完整技术，实现客服平台相关产品的技术选型和开发工作； 2、通过技术手段，提升用户体验并满足高性能要求； 3、通用组件、类库编写，提升开发效率和质量； 4、基于跨端和全栈技术探索高效开发迭代模式。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对前后端技术有广泛的好奇心，具备AI全栈的发展潜力，对AI兴趣浓厚，积极探索学习AI相关知识，熟练掌握AI工具提升编程效率； 3、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：C/C++、Python、Go、Java、TypeScript、JavaScript； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、乐观积极主动，有技术追求和责任心，注重用户体验，能够帮助产品演进，高效推进项目和解决问题； 6、每周出勤至少4天，实习3个月及以上。

加分项： 1、对AI兴趣浓厚，熟练掌握AI工具提升编程效率、有实际的大模型/AI Agent使用、微调或推理优化经验； 2、有全栈经验或者对全栈感兴趣优先。
