1、负责抖音生活服务平台用户成长体系搭建，包括人群分层策略、成长体系、权益体系设计及运营推进，对用户的规模增长、留存、活跃和付费转化等核心指标负责；基于用户生命周期、行为特征与消费需求，拆解等级体系策略、定义成长路径与激励机制，并推动产品、运营与商家侧协同落地；设计并建设用户分级权益体系，结合用户需求与行业供给，进行权益引入、权益包设计与组合优化，提升用户对平台的价值感与使用频次； 2、负责权益相关的商家招商工作，整合平台商家资源，制定招商策略、筛选优质供给，推动商家合作上线与权益共建； 3、基于数据分析和市场洞察，持续优化用户增长体系效果，制定并执行周期性运营策略（如用户召回、成长加速、权益拉新等）； 4、跨部门协作，与产品、算法、品类运营、城市运营等团队紧密配合，推进用户成长体系产品化与规模化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上用户运营、会员运营、增长运营、营销活动运营等相关经验，有平台型/电商/本地生活用户经营经验优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能基于业务目标拆解指标、构建分析逻辑，熟练使用数据看板，有SQL能力者优先； 3、了解平台会员体系、积分成长体系、用户激励机制等方法论，具备从0到1设计或从1到N优化经验者更佳； 4、具备良好的策划能力与创意能力，能够整合平台内外资源形成可落地的运营方案，同时具备用户视角和商家视角，理解供需两端增长诉求； 5、优秀的沟通能力、跨团队协同能力与推进力，能够在复杂业务环境中推动策略落地； 6、具备行业视野，对本地生活、电商、会员体系趋势敏感，具备较强的市场洞察力、策略思考能力和调研分析能力。
