1、负责消费金融用户服务策略设计与能力建设，独立搭建服务流程体系，对月付开通使用、还款对账、账号额度、营销优惠使用等核心场景的服务品质与效率提升负责； 2、围绕满意度、重复求助率等关键指标开展分析与治理，基于用户咨询求助、负向反馈、重复进线等典型问题，准确识别影响用户体验的核心痛点，完成根因定位、策略设计、流程制定、落地验收，并协同上下游团队推进优化闭环； 3、推动客服工具系统的智能化演进，联动产品、研发、算法等团队，建设覆盖用户问题识别、意图判断、路径决策、需求办理的全链路服务工具体系，持续提升服务一致性与专业解决能力； 4、承接上游业务需求，协同应对服务突发事件，快速推进新业务上线、异常事件处置及相关服务方案落地，保障服务平稳运行。

1、本科及以上学历，有互联网服务运营、服务策略、用户体验或相关工作经验优先；具备消费金融平台或金融科技相关经验者优先； 2、具备丰富的服务流程设计与落地经验，能够独立负责复杂服务场景的分析、方案设计、推进实施及效果闭环，具备较强的结果导向； 3、具备较强的业务理解能力，能够快速掌握线上支付平台的业务链路、规则体系及用户场景； 4、具备优秀的问题分析与系统化解决能力，能够透过现象识别根因，并形成可落地的优化方案； 5、具备产品化、智能化视角，能够推动服务解决方案向全链路智能化方向持续升级。
