1、负责财经业务线用户研究工作，围绕支付、消费金融、保险等业务场景，识别用户需求、体验问题与业务机会； 2、根据业务目标拆解研究问题，独立设计并执行定性、定量研究方案，包括满意度监测、客群研究、问题归因、需求洞察与方案评估等； 3、结合访谈、问卷、可用性测试、数据分析等方法，形成结构化研究结论，为产品优化、运营策略与业务决策提供依据； 4、与产品、运营、风控、数据分析等团队协作，推动研究发现转化为可落地的优化方向，并跟进关键结论的应用效果； 5、根据项目需要管理外部调研供应商，明确研究目标、执行标准与交付要求，保障研究过程和结果质量。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、社会学、心理学、市场营销、传播学、人类学等相关专业优先； 2、具备用户研究或市场研究相关经验（有满意度监测、客群研究、用户画像、需求洞察或方案评估等项目经验优先），能够独立承接研究需求、拆解业务问题、设计研究方案并输出清晰结论； 3、熟悉定性和定量研究方法，能够根据不同业务场景选择合适的方法，并对研究过程和结果负责； 4、具备数据理解和分析能力，能够结合用户反馈、业务数据和研究结果进行综合判断； 5、具备良好的业务理解、沟通协作和项目推进能力，能够与跨职能团队协作推动研究结论落地； 6、具备较好的逻辑思维、学习能力和自驱力，能够快速理解新业务并持续提升研究产出质量。
