1、负责抖音电商供给玩法频道运营，对频道内认知用户规模、用户活跃分层、有行为率等指标负责； 2、建立并维护频道的用户分层运营体系，结合频道特色供给与补贴策略，设计用户成长路径，提升用户活跃度、访问深度及长期价值； 3、协同产品推动频道整体运营框架的设计与迭代，提升频道内有行为率及优化用户体验，主导制定长期的资源（流量、预算、产品）使用规划，并推动落地提升效率； 4、建立数据监控体系，深度分析用户行为、商品表现及活动效果，通过数据洞察定位增长机会，并驱动运营策略与频道方向的迭代。

1、具备电商平台频道运营、互动玩法运营经验者优先； 2、拥有扎实的用户分层运营与生命周期管理经验，能通过策略与活动设计有效提升用户活跃度、停留时长及长期价值； 3、具备优秀的数据分析、商业洞察和策略迭代能力，能通过数据驱动业务决策； 4、目标导向，具备优秀的沟通表达与协同推动力，对业务结果有高度责任心。
