1、番茄系产品战略团队，负责网文、短剧等泛文娱赛道的战略规划和专项落地，擅长专项突破，发现新机会并帮助业务规划关键路径； 2、深度观察和研究全球行业，通过定量和定性的行业、产品、数据和用户调研为公司管理层和业务核心团队提供决策支持，和业务方共同探索业务模式并提供策略设计，分析和落地支持； 3、以战略目标为基础，对业务方各类经营指标进行日常监控和经营分析专题研究，协助业务侧制定年度/季度业务目标，规划实现路径，持续分析业务结果，支持业务复盘与决策； 4、横向联动产品、运营、内容、推荐、研发等团队，推进部门间重点项目的沟通协作，推进战略落地。

1、3年及以上互联网战略研究、商业分析、经营分析、策略、产品、运营相关工作经验； 2、对内容，商业化，业务经营，AI应用，四个领域之一有战略或业务经验； 3、具备良好的逻辑能力及成熟的数据技能/数据分析能力，熟悉SQL、Python等工具，掌握多种数据分析方法； 4、团队协作与沟通能力强，自驱力突出，能够积极主动发现问题和解决问题，能够在复杂环境下灵活调整策略； 5、常用音乐、音频、新闻资讯、小说类产品加分。
