1、负责抖音社区色情导流、欺诈治理相关工作，基于用户视频投稿、个人资料、评论等链路，搭建全链路风险的识别处置体系，有效控制抖音社区色情导流欺诈风险； 2、风险识别：通过用户反馈、案件、情报等分析黑灰产色情导流、欺诈作弊链路，持续挖掘黑灰产新增手法；应用机器学习、多模态、LLM模型等AI技术手段不断完善风险识别能力； 3、风险处置和体验：熟悉色情导流、欺诈风险相关领域的治理思路，根据风险场景与业务发展阶段制定有效的处置手段、建立分层处置策略，兼顾风险治理与用户体验； 4、策略体系：独立为具体业务场景和风险场景负责，联动算法、技术、产品团队落地治理方案，不断推动风险治理方案和策略体系的迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、统计学、数学及相关专业优先；有反欺诈、色情导流、赌博导流等治理相关领域工作经验优先； 2、具有数据分析能力和风险判断能力；熟练使用SQL&Python，具备机器学习、AI大模型的理论和应用基础； 3、拥有良好的沟通能力，能够跨团队沟通，主动推动项目进展，取得预期结果； 4、拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，具备自我驱动力，充满求知欲，能够在环境中独立工作，并愿意接受挑战，追求卓越。
