日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持英语测评产品全渠道反馈运营，协同内外部伙伴，帮助用户解决产品使用问题，持续完善运营流程； 2、推动英语测评产品功能迭代，参与产品调研、数据分析和功能设计，解决用户反馈视角暴露的体验问题； 3、通过AI能力，优化产品功能，提供快速、准确、个性化的英语能力评测。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟悉英文文档和书面交流，口语沟通顺畅者优先，具备较强的沟通能力和项目管理能力，注重细节，具备责任心和自驱力，能够发现问题并推动问题解决； 3、具备良好的产品运营思维以及数据分析能力，有技术支持、产品运营相关经验，了解如何评估、优化AI产出，有工作提效、教育方向AI开发经验的同学优先。
