1、负责跨平台沙箱SDK的功能开发、迭代与维护，为上层Agent提供稳定、易用的沙箱能力接口； 2、基于崩溃率、任务成功率、性能、资源占用等数据定位问题，识别高价值使用场景和性能瓶颈，推动优化上线并验证效果； 3、关注AI Agent、沙箱相关技术发展，参与新技术在PC端的验证和应用。

1、2年以上桌面端、系统软件或操作系统相关开发经验； 2、熟练掌握C/C++，熟悉STL、并发编程、内存管理及常用工程化工具； 3、了解进程、线程、IPC、权限管理、文件系统等操作系统基础机制，熟悉Windows、Linux、macOS中至少一个平台； 4、熟悉常用调试和性能分析工具，具备稳定性问题定位或性能优化经验； 5、具备良好的数据敏感度和问题分析能力，能够围绕线上指标提出合理假设、分析问题并验证优化效果；有数据驱动优化实践经验者优先； 6、对技术和AI应用落地有热情，学习能力强，认真负责，具备良好的沟通协作能力。
