1、负责抖音电商商品抽样、质检的策略和流程设计，通过抽检手段发现平台假货和劣质商品，防范平台假劣风险； 2、基于平台数据表现和量化指标，敏捷发现平台潜在的风险商品并建设相应的抽检策略，持续评估抽检策略的有效性并优化低效策略，对平台的风险管控效果负责； 3、建设电商商品抽样、质检产品化流程，完善对三方抽检机构的监督机制，持续提升交付质量、效率。

1、3年以上商品抽检相关工作经验，对电商假货鉴定或商品品质检验业务有完整理解； 2、具备独立的数据和流程分析能力，能熟练使用SQL、有产品运营能力者优先； 3、良好的协调沟通能力，有主人翁意识和项目推动力。
